The Limits of Our Imagination

From studio assignments to Studio Disney.... these next few months (or semesters) are going to push the limits of my imagination to where is NEVER gone before. From these first few weeks of classes starting, I can already tell that I'm going to have to venture into a whole new world of imagining. I'm going to have to have to soar to new hieights in my innovative skills and produce like I've never produced before. I don't know if my practical work experience has limited my ability to produce in the limiteless realm architecture school, but after hours of contemplation, I am realizing that the sky is the limit of our imagination as students. The third year of architecture school means that we are going to have to push beyond the thought of four walls and a roof and venture into the why... Why is it that four walls make a space, not just two, or why not just a roof. The neverending questioning and editing of our work is the catalyst to a great desinger. I've always been told to ask questions.... I guess its time that I listen to that voice and start asking.

Your absolutely right third year is a challenge because your not a freshmen architect student so they expect more from you. Start thinking outside the box and remember the things that you are learning in your other architecture classes because they all work hand and hand. Continue to imagine and explore the world of architecture because its always changing.
